Yes, in your web browser. On paid plans you can keep logging cases and photos with no signal, and everything uploads when you're back online. On the Free plan you can view your records offline.
Yes. Download the Excel template, fill in as many patients as you like, and upload it back.
Any time. You can export a PDF case report for any patient or save a full backup to your own device. You can also back up to your own Google Drive.
Yes. Each case is logged against the clinic where it was done, and Analytics shows your work clinic by clinic. How many clinics you can add depends on your plan; see Pricing.

Paid plans have a full refund within 14 days. You can delete your account from the Account page at any time; this deletes your records and stored photos.
