Osiolog (osiolog.com and the Osiolog Android and iOS apps) is a dental implant case management service operated by GOLTHI MIDHILESH MOHAN KRISHNA, trading as Osiolog, based in India ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using Osiolog you agree to these Terms.
Osiolog is for licensed dental professionals and their practice staff, aged 18 or over. You must give accurate details when you register and keep your login safe. You are responsible for what is done through your account.
The patient records, photos and radiographs you enter belong to you and your practice. Records are shared with the other doctors in your practice. You are responsible for having your patients' consent and for following the health-data and privacy laws that apply to you. How we store and protect this data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Osiolog is a record-keeping and practice tool. It does not give medical or dental advice. Reminders, analytics and answers from the AI assistant can be incomplete or wrong. Every clinical decision remains yours.
Osiolog has a Free plan and paid plans. Current prices and what each plan includes are shown on our pricing page and in the app. Basic and Pro have a minimum term of 12 months and are billed yearly. Clinic and Enterprise can be billed monthly, every 6 months or yearly. Extra storage and extra clinics are added to your plan's subscription; when added part-way through a period, you pay only for the time left. Sales tax (such as GST or VAT) is added at checkout where it applies.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, charged to the payment method you used. You can switch auto-renew off at any time on the My plan page; your plan then stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. When a paid plan ends and is not renewed, your practice moves to the Free plan. Your records and photos stay.
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of a payment. Details are in our Refund Policy.
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. If you are the last doctor in your practice, the practice's records and files are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy, and any paid subscription is cancelled at once, without a refund for the unused time. If you want a refund within the 14-day window, ask for it before deleting your account.
Do not use Osiolog for anything unlawful, try to reach another practice's data, interfere with the service, or resell access to it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, and will tell you why.
We work to keep Osiolog available and your data safe, but we cannot promise the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of important records — the Backup page lets you export them.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost income or lost data, arising from your use of Osiolog. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms. We will email registered doctors before any material change takes effect. Continuing to use Osiolog after that means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
